Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Important: The item must be in its original condition, unused (or like-new for electronics), with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for:

• Wrong item received
• Item does not match the product description
• Change of mind (may be subject to restocking fees)
Non-Returnable Items:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Opened consumables (food, beauty, hygiene products)
• Items without original packaging and tags
• Used or altered products
How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)
1. Contact Us First:
Email contact@wavemakercraft.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Package Your Item:
Secure the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your invoice and the RMA number.
4. Ship the Return:
Use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
5. Track Your Return:
Keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except when the return is due to our error).
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for change-of-mind returns on select high-value items.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, request an exchange when initiating the return. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately with photos if your item arrives damaged or defective. In most cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or free replacement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees. Original international shipping charges are non-refundable.
